The outcome of 'Food Forever' is that sustainability is of course important, but we have to prepare society for the impact of resource scarcity and societal change. But how this could look like is still a guess and therefore we need to start experimenting on local, regional and global scales and exchange the best practices. Culinary schools are the educators of future professionals and the place to be to develop and test a new way of thinking. Not only does this help to develop the knowledge for tomorrow, but also build local capacity able to help society with food resilience when needed.
